Yin Ceremony - International women's day

A restorative, heart-centered woman ceremony. Our practice will include gentle Yin Yoga: mindful stretches that work into deep connective tissues, release tension, and stimulate energy flow. Surrounded by candles, cards and flowers we’ll set intentions and share a meaningful experience together.
